Great job from our tour guide! We always enjoy a good ghost tour in a new city we are visiting…and I don’t typically believe in ghosts, it’s fun to be entertained. But this tour actually had me googling these stories. He was very convincing and had me believing! Which is what you want! History mixed with some haunts makes for a fun, entertaining way to see a beautiful city! So thank you!

This sums up Brian and the Ashville Ghost Tours.... He was an awesome tour guide. I was in the group with the other 5 husbands who had no interest in a ghost tour and their 5 wives that drug them along and honestly, it was a great tour. It was just long enough, Brian was passionate about what he does and it showed. Brian was funny, he had a great presence and has clearly done this at least once. The sites were cool, it was even cooler to visit the town the next day and see the same sites in the daylight and be able to recall the tour and stories. The website DOES look like it was created by an elementary school student using Word, it DOES make you think that you just sent money to a scammer and it DOES make you wonder if you are about to get mugged when you arrive but the tour is legit. Brian actually stood there and called the participants that weren't there before he started to make sure he didn't leave anyone behind.
We had so much fun this evening, I would
Have preferred the windows to be up because you can't see well out of them. Even if it's cold, seeing is crucial. We still enjoyed the tour and the ladies doing it have great voices which makes it feel more exciting. Thank you. The parking lot graveyard killed my heart.. those poor individuals deserve a better resting place. :(
Brian was an EXCELLENT tour guide!! Loved having someone who was so knowledgeable not only about the history of Asheville but the spooky side also! Would for sure recommend him if you’re in the area!
Wonderful, very interesting documentary-style walking tour. Tad was our guide (I guess the mnemonic trick does work), and he is a very experienced guide with not only knowing the city and the history, but he knows how to sheepdog his people and making sure you get the tour you paid for. Highly, highly recommend this tour. A couple of things to consider: you will be walking. A lot. Down hills, up hills. If you are a flat lander, keep in mind that inclines are something to adjust to. Wear sneakers: your toes dont get crammed, and it's better traction. Also, there are no bathrooms. Take care of that prior to check-in.
Tad was an amazing ghost tour guide! He told us some history of Asheville as well as paranormal encounters seen around town. He is a great storyteller. Highly recommend.
Our tour guide was great! We did the 8pm tour on a Friday night. Of the previous ghost tours I’ve done in other cities, this was definitely one of the creepier ones, and there was a good deal of local history incorporated as well. Definitely worth doing!
My girlfriend and I were visiting here for a vacation. We wanted something interesting to do for one of our nights and I found this online. It sounded fun so we went. It was worth every penny, the tour guide really knew his knowledge and was appreciative of any questions anyone had. It was neat learning the history of Ashville. Definitely recommend if you want a unique experience.
